No elevator, hallways were not air conditioned and no extra facilities at the hotel.

Shuttle to airport conditioned to only several hours during the day.

Rooms OK, staff friendly and helpfull, close to the airport, easy access from main roads if coming from the north of Massachusetts.

This was the most terrible hotel I've ever experienced. The wash stand was clogged & didn't drain at all. However, the staff was very rude and ignored my complaint.

Close to food and shopping. Short distance to Boston. Affordable price.
Mildew smell in hallways. Boxes stored under stairwells all weekend were eyesore.

Beautiful spacious room, easy access to Boston airport.
No elevator, a problem for those with difficulty walking and hauling luggage.

This hotel was chosen for its proximity to the airport. Price and airport shuttle service. It has recently been renovated and the room was beautiful and spacious, although the bathroom was still small. There are virtually no public spaces but they try to accommodate with an ice and coke machine, good coffee in the tiny office and small snacks that can be bought at the desk. There were several restaurants that would deliver to the hotel and menus were in each room. No elevator made hauling luggage difficult, a notable problem for our two older, ambulatory-challenged traveling partners. ...read more
